This change initializes the repository for a new Operating System targeting the Macintosh SE/30. It sets up the build environment, creates a minimal kernel that takes control from the ROM via custom Boot Blocks, and provides scripts to generate a bootable HFS disk image. The kernel currently draws a test pattern to the screen to prove execution.
