Hi! Adding a generator to customize the template.
Let me know if you think I should also add the set :maintenance_template_path with the chosen path automatically to deploy.rb after the generator runs and I will add it.
Had to add require: false in Gemfile in order to avoid the no method error while running the generator. Maybe add this warning to the README?
