Added LCL to output. Assumes LCL is within the mixed layer (only uses mixed layer theta and qt).
@Peter9192 I would've handled the testing and merging of this myself, but was on paternity leave when you invited me to collaborate on the repo, so that invite expired. Would you be able to send one again? :)
