This is a skaffold that runs LedgerSMB in a single directory.
It supports individual user use of LedgerSMB, and also includes a set of test
cases for LedgerSMB.

"make apache" to start.
The ./prepare-test-database.sh does not work.
Instead, create a test database by going to:
        cd tests/007-createadmin
        ./test.sh

Visit http://localhost:8179/    (8000 + uid. run "id" to find uid)
