Pull Request Description
What does this PR change?
PR applies linting rules to CI that are specified in the .editorconfig. This PR removes some deprecated code warnings as well and other linting errors.
CI commands are based on resharper CLI: https://www.jetbrains.com/help/rider/InspectCode.html
At first run it showed an enourmous amount of warnings, we should define what is acceptable and what is not. Otherwise the changes that we should apply won't fit under one PR. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UJYI1HVyvQTQPV_mF_ggtdQmEvNbYof5/view?usp=sharing
