As discussed in the chat, we plan to disable DNSCrypt soon.
I've set the date to "after end of February", other suggestions welcome.
(My reasoning: not too soon so people have time to read the information and migrate, not too far into the future so people actually do it and don't forget about it)
Jekyll can't do localization/multi-language posts out of the box as far as I can tell, so I decided to put English and German after each other.
