The upstream MSMobility team at TUM's JIBE SILO branch was updated extensively in July, primarily for German use cases, but also with some modification to SiloCore module ---- so we should merge these changes in to our forked branch.

Its worth noting, the Cambridge team also haven't yet integrated these changes to siloCore's functions related to household income and moves at the time of writing.

We are not simulating relocations for Melbourne, so perhaps the integration of these changes (and the complications involved in resolving the conflicts) are not a priority.

But we should discuss at some point with the Cambridge team if they plan to; if integrated on their side, we should also for consistency.
