1. 新增獨立設定程式，安裝後請從開始功能表選取 "DIME 設定"。2.
2. 完整支援 Windows 11 arm64 版 x64/arm64 (ARM64X) 與 win32 應用程式。
3. 新增支援行列40輸入法。行列40 使用者請執行 "DIME 設定" 後按 "DIME 行列輸入法設定，在行列查詢碼表中選取 "行列40 Big5"
4. 自建輸入法匯入 .cin 檔，完整支援 %selkey %endkey 。可自訂選字鍵與結束鍵，選字鍵不再固定 123456890，組字字根也可包含數字與符號。
5. 自建輸入法新增 "空白鍵為第一選字鍵" 選項，當選取時，%selkey 指定選字鍵會被空白鍵後推一位。(例如: %selkey '[]\ ，第一選字鍵為空白鍵，第二選字鍵為 ' ，第三選字鍵為[ ，第四選字鍵為] ，第五選字鍵為 \。)
6. 輸人法頁面選取 "打字時同步組字" 時，自動取消 "以空白鍵換頁" (可再手動開啓)。
7. 修正 #19 設定檔覆寫問題。兩個程式開啓設定頁，寫入衝突時會跳出警示，請使用者避免同時在兩程式同時開啓設定頁面 (未來將取消 ctrl-\ 熱鍵，請改用獨立設定程式更改輸入法選項，避免設定檔互相覆寫 )
8. 修正游標靠近螢幕下緣，選字窗在游標之上，未開啓聯想詞，反查與行列特別碼提示窗顯示位置不正確。9.
9. 修正 #53 選取倚天注音鍵盤時無法打字
