fit-n-plot

Simple and fast javascript program to fit and plot noisy experimental data

Usage

One needs to have prepared input data and histogram files. To test, these files can be taken from the folder test

• Open the application by clicking fit-n-plot page (for local version click index.html in the root folder)
• Click button next to Input Data File: and open file input.dat from the folder test
• Click button AMIAS Function Executable
• Change coefficients in Fit Function equation field, and click again AMIAS Function Executable to put another fit
• Click button next to Histogram files and open any histogram file, e.g. Hist_A0.dat from the folder test
