🧠 Project White Collar Framework (PWCF)

Governance-First AI Orchestration for Operational Integrity and Trust Optics

🔍 What Is PWCF?

The Project White Collar Framework (PWCF) is a governance-first orchestration system for AI teams. It enables:

  • AI interoperability with human governance — mirroring democratic principles like quorum rules, escalation paths, and layered verification.
  • Committee-driven trust optics — visible governance mechanisms for executives and regulators.
  • Multilingual governance integrity — ensuring semantic fidelity across global deployments.
  • Continuity safeguards — fail-safes for leadership integrity and operational resilience.

✅ Why PWCF?

Current AI governance frameworks:

  • Focus on models, not operational workflows.
  • Lack real-time enforcement and trust optics. PWCF solves these gaps by embedding governance inside orchestration:
  • Immutable logs and decision trails.
  • Committee-driven oversight.
  • Escalation and override logic for critical risk scenarios.

🏛 Core Differentiators

  • Governance embedded in orchestration → real-time accountability.
  • AI interoperability with human governance → layered verification and committee oversight.
  • Scalability → cohort-based design for parallel execution.
  • Multilingual adaptability → governance integrity across languages.

🧩 Architecture Overview

PWCF is organised into five layers, each with specialised teams:

  • Translation Layer — Input refining and output uplifting.
  • Analysis Layer — Problem framing and research integration.
  • Tasking Layer — Workflow design and activation logic.
  • Interaction Layer — User-facing and system-facing operations.
  • Governance Layer — Oversight, validation, escalation, and lifecycle control.

🚀 Getting Started

  1. Explore the documentation:
    • meta-framework.md — Governance structure and MECE logic.
    • meta-design.md — Layer and team definitions.
    • ext-pitch.md — Executive pitch for stakeholders.
    • ext-mss.md — Strategic messaging anchors.
  2. Apply PWCF principles to design governance-first AI workflows.
  3. Use committee-driven governance hooks for operational integrity.
