- feat: reroll random number when jpeg images are detected
- test(docker): add GLEETER_DEBUG to gleeter service

- doc: update README.md
Terminal Graphics Protocol does not support JPEG images, and never will. Therefore, we need to reroll the random number when a JPEG image is detected.
