hotfix: Add wandb as a dependency

Getting this issue: I'm running AIOpsLab locally, but my cluster is remote. We should not be throwing an exception in this case, as this is a common use case. I also somewhat don't understand the purpose of this PR, since we just pull the kubeconfig from kubectl. Kubectl already has support for managing multiple contexts. |
