Hi there 🙋🏽‍♂️, I'm Elvis Peace NDAHAYO RUGERO

Senior Full-Stack Engineer with 10+ years building production systems across web, mobile, and AI/ML platforms. Currently at Digital Umuganda in Rwanda, working on language technology and enterprise systems.

What I Do
