This PR combines fixes from @bbaronSVK and myself, in order to bring this add-on back to life.
The Netflix provider no longer works, as their API has changed, so it has been removed. A new TMDb provider has also been added.
Also included in this PR are fixes to make it work in Kodi Matrix and up (
xbmc.python == 3.0.0).
