This seems like a nice change. I've tested it and it doesn't seem to cause issues with existing projects without having merged the other PR, so I'm merging this now.

This PR removes all the unnecessary imports and links of libpspskernel.
It requires pspdev/psptoolchain-allegrex#70 to be merged first
