Changed formatting to put the unofficial desktop app first to avoid confusion. and fixed a typo (the word settings was used twice in the second to last sentence on the original documentation)

Changed the warning message on the emulator JS page to make it more clear that the third party app should be preferred over the other options, and fixed two grammatical errors.
