wahlstand shows preliminary results of an election's ongoing counting

Setup

Upload the whole folder to a web server with PHP
Make sure the data directory is writable for the web server
Protect the admin directory, for example with .htaccess
To get a head start, copy the included sample.json to data.json (and make sure the copy is writable for the web server process)
