Allow themes to always use non selected image for carousel view
MiyooFlip : Use old pm_message until we get jpg support in spruce for the new one
Default miyoo seems to offset them which is annoying if just making a new theme So make the offsetting optional
Option for new themes to autoalign icons and their bgs
