Update SdkLatestVersion to 4.11.2 in iOS documentation files to reflect the latest SDK release.

Aligns iOS docs with SDK 4.11.2 and documents new APIs and metadata.

• Bumps SdkLatestVersion to 4.11.2 in ios/index.mdx and sdk-reference/index.mdx
• Adds sdk-reference/SubscriptionTransaction and sdk-reference/NonSubscriptionTransaction pages (store values, properties, usage)
• Adds sdk-reference/refreshConfiguration page and usage snippet in sdk-reference/Superwall.mdx
• Updates sdk-reference/customerInfo.mdx to note new transaction fields (offerType, subscriptionGroupId, store)
• Deprecates isApplePayAvailable in sdk-reference/getDeviceAttributes.mdx and removes example usage
• Registers new pages in ios/meta.json
