Implement plugin auth based on the new Openplanet auth system. Important: this was made for the upcoming NestJS backend rewrite, so keep this PR open until the new API is up, as new endpoints are required. Relevant branch: https://github.com/Bux42/TMDojo/tree/nestjs-rewrite
