A report on comparing the Amino Acid similarity of the Standard Genetic Code vs Randomly generated codes to evaluate if the Standard Genetic Code could be arranged better than nature did. Conclusive result: No. However, with Stimulated Annealing, the experimental computation shows it is possible to compute a better Amino acid similarity than SGC
