This PR prepares Aquiis for its v1.0.0 production release, including comprehensive documentation updates, database migration consolidation, version bumps, and desktop packaging configuration.

The documentation links use absolute file system paths instead of relative paths. These paths ("/home/cisguru/Documents/Orion/Projects/Aquiis/...") will not work for other users or in the GitHub repository. Use relative paths like "Documentation/v1.0.0/v1.0.0-Release-Notes.md" instead.
