This plugin has no effect on the Help Desk User Portal - the features mentioned above only apply to the main Help Desk application used by Admins & Help Desk Techs for dealing with tickets

- The Contact Cards and Stats & Rankings features require use of the Pepper Roles plugin for non-admins
