What Does This Plugin Do?

  • [NEW] Display stats & rankings (including a Leaderboard) on your Help Desk!
  • [NEW] Ticket Views - Add/Remove/Change order of all the dropdown menu options
  • Show Ticket Counts
  • Customize Ticket Rows
  • Full control over Delete Button
  • Quick Entry Fields - Add/Remove/Change order of any field on the ribbon
  • Required Fields (even specify required values!)
  • Customize Time Spent Options
  • Customize Contact Cards on Tickets
  • Select Default Comment Form
  • Clean up Ticket Comments & Thumbnails

What Doesn't it Do?

This plugin has no effect on the Help Desk User Portal - the features mentioned above only apply to the main Help Desk application used by Admins & Help Desk Techs for dealing with tickets

Requirements

  • This plugin is only compatible with the "v2" version of the Help Desk - Learn how to switch
  • The Contact Cards and Stats & Rankings features require use of the Pepper Roles plugin for non-admins
